Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Cancellation period
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the goods.
How to cancel
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Aurelia Sleep GmbH, Musterstraße 12, 10115 Berlin, Germany, hello@aurelia-sleep.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email).
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
Returning the goods
You must return the goods to us promptly and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the cancellation. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.
Loss of value
You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods if this is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
