These terms apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and businesses.
Conclusion of contract
By placing an order you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email.
Prices and payment
All prices include statutory VAT and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed via the methods offered at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery times are stated on the product page. Risk passes to the customer upon handover of the goods.
Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. We additionally offer a 2-year manufacturer's warranty on materials and craftsmanship.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
